Bachata Sensual World Congress 2027 in Punta Umbría

More than 70 hours of social dancing, workshops, masterclasses, shows, and a Jack & Jill competition with a final are on the program for the Bachata Sensual World Congress 2027. The fifth edition of the bachata congress takes place from January 13 to 18 at Hotel Barceló Punta Umbría. It is organized by Bachata Sensual Events.

Dance, learn, and watch

The congress offers several ways to engage with bachata: workshops and masterclasses focus on learning, while social dancing sessions provide time to dance together. Shows round out the program for anyone who also wants to experience bachata as a performance. The announced Jack & Jill competition culminates in a final, adding another dimension to the event. The congress is particularly suited to bachata dancers who want to combine classes with plenty of dance time at a multi-day event.

An official pre-party begins at the event hotel on January 13. It marks the start of the 2027 edition and is especially relevant for attendees who want to dance from the first day. The stated event period runs until January 18 at 10:00 a.m.

Tickets, hotel, and transfers

The Sensual Pass currently costs 135 Euro instead of 180 Euro. Hotel accommodation is not included in the ticket and needs to be arranged separately when planning a multi-day stay. The venue is Hotel Barceló Punta Umbría on Av. del Decano in Punta Umbría.

Two transfers from Seville Airport to the hotel are offered on Wednesday: one at 15:00 and another at 19:00. Each transfer costs 20 Euro. This provides a specific travel option for attendees arriving via Seville.
